‘Riparian’ is an exclusive 18 acre enclave consisting of 6 river front estate lots on a cul de sac, each lot ranging from 1.1 to over 4.5 acres. At this point, we can adjust the house plan to suit your needs but must stay within the permitted footprint. We are finalizing the exterior elevation for these homes. The look will be similar to the six homes in the attached photos, and the buyer will make interior selections within given allowance through our vendors. The entrance to the enclave will have a beautiful marquee sign and then each of the six properties can be gated. A swimming pool can be added during home construction but may require using retaining walls or may have to be semi-inground, depending on location and slope of the land. This development is accessed by driving through the Grogan’s Bluff subdivision which has a swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, a clubhouse, and professionally maintained common areas, but these 6 homes are not part of it. Optional membership is to the Grogan’s Bluff amenities will be available. We are happy to walk the property with you to demonstrate where the homes will sit and show you the actual views for each lot. Lots 3 and 4 are permitted and construction is underway. Both have completion target dates by year end. Permits for lots 1, 2, 5, 6 are still in review with the ARC (due to the River Protection Act) and should be in hand by June 1.
