We also love the easy access to great food. There is a private gated entrance from One River Place to Ray’s on the River, and it’s an easy walk to the famous Heirloom Market BBQ.
The community offers easy access to I-285, and that means the interstate noise is very close by as well. Homes on the north side of the property are very close to the interstate.
Most of One River Place is made up of 3 and 4 story brick town homes, and there is a small number of detached homes. The River House and The Sanctuary are mid-rise condominium buildings with 1-4 bedroom units. Condo prices start around $250,000-$300,000. Town homes generally range from $500,000- $800,000. Detached homes are around $1.1 million.
One River Place is located on Powers Ferry Rd, just inside the perimeter. The community offers easy access to I-285 via Northside Drive to the east, and I-75 via Cumberland Blvd to the west.
One River Place offers residents a comfortable neighborhood vibe. The common areas are well kept and there are lots of community activities to participate in. The clubhouse has a modern gym, coffee shop, and meeting rooms (poker anyone?) inside, and two pools, grilling area and covered dining area outside.
